DCR-OS – GOODYEAR BHSS OUTSOLE STITCHER

One of the key machines in the Goodyear shoe manufacture process.

The outsole stitcher stitches the sole onto welted shoes using a lockstitch. The shoe is offered up to the machine with the sole facing up ready for stitching. The operator can then use the treadle at a pressure/pace of their liking.

Our versatile motors give you full control over the stitching speed and feed speed of the shoe throughout the machine operation.

All parts of the machine are produced from a high precision CNC process.

Available in single phase 220v 50hz.
