DCR-GIS – GOODYEAR INSEAM STITCHER (BALLET SHOES)

GIS K specialised for ballet shoes, dance shoes and Pointe shoes.

The GIS K stitches the upper through the channeled lip of the insole. The shoe is offered up to the machine with the sole facing up. The operator can then use the treadle at a pressure/pace of their liking.
Our versatile motors give you full control over the stitching speed and feed speed of the shoe throughout the machine operation.

All parts of the machine are produced from a high precision CNC process.
