One of the key machines in the Goodyear shoe manufacture process.
The GIS stitches the welt onto the lasted upper and insole rib using a chainstitch. The shoe is offered up to the machine with the sole facing up with the welt brought through the guide ready for stitching. The operator can then use the treadle at a pressure/pace of their liking. Once stitched, the welt is cut using the inbuilt welt cutter from a knee push button.
Our versatile motors give you full control over the stitching speed and feed speed of the shoe throughout the machine operation.
All parts of the machine are produced from a high precision CNC process.
Available in single phase 220v 50hz.
